Solar Electrical Engineer Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join our Clients team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing solar energy projects from design to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This individual will have a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly in the field of solar energy. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple company projects. Organise the project team to perform tasks efficiently. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in solar energy project management. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and solar energy systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of project management tools and software. Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
