Role Overview:

As an In-Home Solar Representative, you will be the face of 1KOMMA5 Australia, interacting directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy & battery storage and guide them through the process of going solar. Each week you will attend 10-15 pre booked, highly qualified in-home consultations to assess energy needs, and design custom solar solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.

The bonus is the lead generation is done for you! You will be provided with 10-15 pre-booked and qualified appointments per week. All you need to do is meet with the customer, conduct a thorough needs analysis of their situation and sell them an appropriate solar/battery solution.

From day one in the role you will be put through a comprehensive training program as well as spending some time in the field with existing high performers in the business to learn from the best.

Once your training is completed, you will enjoy working in a fully remote environment and attend 10-15 pre-booked meetings every week.

What we are looking for:

• Strong previous experience in selling solar energy solutions.
• Self-motivated, hungry and results driven mentality to close sales
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.
