Responsibilities

• You plan, organize, and conduct in-person training, online training, and webinars. You also support and advise our customers after the training on the successful application of our software.
• You analyze the requirements and processes of our customers and develop tailored training concepts that ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
• With your creative streak, you create and optimize modern training materials as well as digital learning formats such as tutorials, videos, and FAQs.
• You coordinate training appointments and coordinate closely with customers and the involved internal departments.
• You work closely with our development team to understand our solutions in detail, contribute customer feedback, and identify potential for further development of our software.
• Together with Sales and Project Management, you continuously develop our training and service offerings.

Qualifications

• In addition, initial experience in the area of User Experience (UX).
• You have already gained initial experience as a trainer, lecturer, teacher, or in a comparable role and enjoy conveying complex software solutions in an understandable and practical way.
• You have a strong didactic sense, a high customer orientation, and a structured and independent way of working.
• You are enthusiastic about software, digital processes, and new technologies and quickly learn new applications.
• You communicate and present confidently in German and English and feel comfortable in both personal contact and virtual training formats.
• You are willing to work flexible hours and to undertake regular national and international business trips, and you enjoy working with customers from the government and security sectors.
