Job description
Our customer is a dynamically growing company in the high-tech and IT sector and pursues ambitious goals in a future-oriented industry. With innovative communication solutions and technologically demanding products and services for civilian as well as security-relevant applications, our customer has successfully established itself on the market. Due to continuous growth, the team will be deliberately expanded with engaged and highly qualified professionals.
In this context, our customer is currently looking for a System Architect (m/w/d) in hybrid activity in the Greater Munich area.
In this position, you will be responsible for the technical overall architecture within complex customer projects. As a central interface, you will act between different stakeholders, coordinate technical requirements, and make architectural decisions. You will ensure that all system components work optimally together and contribute significantly to the success of the projects.
Tasks
- Responsibility for creating and further developing overall architectures - focus on communication solutions
- Evaluation, analysis, and precision of requirements
- Development of solution concepts as well as creation of system architectures and interface specifications
- Evaluation and mediation of the emerging architectures
- Technical consulting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification
- Studies (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Technology) or comparable qualification
- Multiple years of professional experience in system engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and operating complex IT infrastructures and network systems
- Routine handling of Linux- and Windows-based networks
- Practical experience in modeling system landscapes with Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Nice2have: Knowledge of Cisco hardware, firewall systems, and automation tools
- Nice2have: Hands-on experience in routing & switching.
- Fluent German, very good English skills (written and spoken)
