As a Software Developer (m/f/d) for Professional ERP, you will develop digital solutions that sustainably advance medium-sized companies – in permanent full-time employment and with freedom for your ideas.

Responsibilities

• You will shape the digital future of the mid-sized sector and develop tailor-made solutions based on our Professional ERP and Professional MDE frameworks.
• You will translate functional requirements and defined task packages in the customer environment into well-thought-out technical solutions.
• You will optimize existing applications and processes and actively contribute your own ideas to the further development of our systems.
• You will shape with us how modern technologies and AI will be meaningfully integrated into ERP solutions and business processes in the future.

Qualifications

Are you interested in the long-term optimization of business processes and sustainable, efficient solutions? Is the customer's success, not the tool, your focus?

• University Degree or Work Experience: A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, as well as practical experience in software development, are advantageous.
• Programming Languages Ideally, you have experience with common programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python and are proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Technical Competence: You already have experience with relational databases and SQL (MS SQL). Ideally, you complement your strengths with Visual Studio Code or are willing to familiarize yourself with it.
• Commercial Understanding: You understand business processes and can translate them into digital solutions.
• Solution-Oriented Thinking: You approach challenges with curiosity and focus to effectively implement business processes.
• Team Player Mentality: Self-responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate at eye level are among your strengths.
