Software Developer C++/Qt (m/f/d) – Full-time | Munich
On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Software Developer C++/Qt (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- You develop and configure simulation networks as well as hardware and software components for simulation and training systems
- As a software developer, you program and extend simulation software in C++ and Qt under Linux and Windows
- In addition, you integrate network and hardware interfaces, carry out commissioning, and accompany tests internally and at the customer's site
- You analyze requirements, coordinate technical solutions with system engineers, and create architecture and design documentation
- You also further develop unit and subsystem tests and optimize the stability and performance of the simulation software
Qualifications
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification, forms the basis
- Ideally, you have professional experience as a software developer (m/f/d), C++ developer (m/f/d), software engineer (m/f/d), or application developer (m/f/d)
- You possess in-depth knowledge in development with C++, Qt, and STL, as well as experience with Linux, Windows, and distributed software systems
- In addition, knowledge of network protocols (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP), PostgreSQL, Protobuf, and ideally Cisco switches are advantageous
- A structured and independent way of working, teamwork skills, and fluent German language proficiency are important
