At the center is the development of a modern CRM system that digitally represents and automates all corporate processes – from customer management to billing and marketing and sales automation.

Your role

As a PHP developer (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in the further development and scaling of our company-owned CRM solution, which is at the digital heart of our company for permanent hair removal.

Your tasks

• Development and scaling of the Laravel-based CRM platform

• Backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12

• Building and integrating RESTful APIs

• Connecting external systems (Payment, DATEV, communication etc.)

• Databases design & performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)

• Development of unit tests (PHPUnit)

• Participation in architecture and technical decisions

• CI/CD pipelines with Docker & GitHub Actions

• Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

The best part: You will be trained by an experienced colleague and work alongside a motivated team of up to four developers.

• Degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics or equivalent training – alternatively relevant professional experience in software development

• Very good knowledge of PHP 8+ and fundamental practical experience with Laravel, ideally Laravel 10, 11, or 12

• Experience in developing modern web applications, backend systems, and scalable software solutions

• Safe handling of PostgreSQL, especially data modeling, queries, and performance optimization

• Good understanding of modern backend architectures, relational databases, RESTful APIs, and external interfaces

• Experience in further developing, modernizing, and optimizing existing applications

• Knowledge of JavaScript; experience with Vue.js is an advantage

• Safe handling of Git, and ideally experience with testing, CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Docker

• High standards for code quality, maintainability, and clean code

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style, as well as joy in teamwork

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for technical communication

Important: PHP 8+, Laravel, and PostgreSQL are fixed components of our tech stack and are absolutely required for this position.
