Your role is important:
We digitize construction companies in Germany with our ERP construction software Pro-Bau/S® AddOne. You ensure that our software remains technically future-proof – from classic WinForms modules to modern Blazor UIs and mobile MAUI apps. Through your development expertise, powerful functions, stable interfaces, and practical solutions are created that significantly simplify the daily work of our customers on the construction site and in the office.
Tasks
- Maintain and technically develop existing WinForms construction software
- Extract business logic from the WinForms client and transfer it into service-oriented, deployable units
- Containerization (Docker) of backend components; setup of reproducible build and deploy pipelines
- Setup of a cloud/web architecture (API-first, stateless services)
- New development of an existing Next.js web application
Developer Profile: Senior .NET/C# Developer (Cloud Transition)
Qualifications
- In-depth C# knowledge, several years of practical experience at a senior level
- T-SQL know-how including optimization of existing queries / query plans
- Confident handling of WinForms in mature codebases: maintenance, refactoring, gradual modernization without forced rewrite
- .NET Framework (4.8) and .NET (8/10+) — ability to migrate between legacy and modern stacks
- Experience with layer separation and decoupling of UI-bound business logic (prerequisite for any cloud migration)
- Agentic Coding with Claude Code: independent control of tool-use workflows, context management, verification of generated code instead of blind acceptance
