Software Architect (m/f/d) C#.NET
Job description
Design modern software architectures and actively further develop innovative .NET solutions. As a Software Architect C#/.NET (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the technical architecture of central systems, work with modern AI-supported development approaches, and contribute your expertise as a Lead Developer in an agile Scrum team.

Tasks
- Software architecture with responsibility for the architecture and technical further development of central .NET-based systems with high functional and regulatory complexity
- AI development with productive use of established AI-supported and agentic development approaches such as GitHub Copilot CLI and Claude, as well as their continuous further development
- Lead development through active participation in the Scrum team as well as strengthening team performance through mentoring, pair programming, and reviews
- Software quality by ensuring high quality standards with automated tests, clean code principles, and continuous improvement
Qualification
- C#/.NET with profound knowledge and experience across all layers, from Data and Services to UI
- Azure know-how from classic Azure application development to modern AI scenarios with Azure AI Foundry, RAG, and Azure AI Search
- AI development with experience in AI-supported and agentic software development as well as its practical application
- Software design with good knowledge of OO analysis and design as well as common design patterns
- Software quality with high quality standards for clean code, automated tests, and Domain-Driven Design as well as the ability to represent these standards within the team
