What you will do

As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful use and adoption of think-cell by our customers. You will conduct training, workshops, and best practices for a defined customer base in a specific geographical region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth within accounts and implement measures against potential churn risks to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead think-cell training sessions and workshops to increase software adoption and customer value.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams to drive product improvements and customer success.
• Maintain and update accurate customer data and opportunities in systems such as Salesforce.

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to evaluate feedback and translate it into concrete actions.
• Willingness to work on-site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 day of remote work from home.
