The role focuses on ITSM solutions, with a strong preference for expertise in OpenText SMAX. You will be involved in testing an enterprise‑level service management platform used across multiple regions. The project requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include: • Testing of ITSM solutions using various tools and methods • Collaboration with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing tasks • Creation of test plans, test cases, and test reports • Identification and reporting of defects and issues • Participation in the development of test automation frameworks and scripts • Continuous learning and improvement of testing skills and knowledge • Strong understanding of ITSM concepts and OpenText SMAX functionality • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in software testing with a focus on ITSM solutions • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and other Agile project management tools • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts • Familiarity with Postman and SoapUI is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities About the company We are a dynamic and innovative technology company that offers a wide range of IT solutions.
