The role focuses on ITSM solutions, with a strong preference for expertise in OpenText SMAX. You will be involved in testing an enterprise-level service management platform used across multiple regions. The project requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality of the solution. Your tasks will include planning, executing, and reporting on test cases, as well as identifying and documenting defects. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
