The role focuses on ITSM solutions, with a strong preference for expertise in OpenText SMAX. You will be involved in testing an enterprise‑level service management platform used across multiple regions. The project requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, as well as excellent communication skills in both English and German. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ITSM solutions, preferably with OpenText SMAX. Additionally, knowledge of Azure DevOps, qTest, Jira, SQL, Postman, and SoapUI is highly desirable.
