Mentopolis Consulting & Software Concepts GmbH is a mid-sized system house – since 30 years on the market – with locations in Aschaffenburg (Rhein-Main).

We are looking for: Software Testautomatisierer / QA Engineer (m/w/d) full-time

Tasks

• Planning, design, and maintenance of test cases for our software – including regression and defect tests.
• Conducting manual tests on module and system level (functional, integration, regression) with documentation
• Building, developing, and maintaining our test automation (e.g. with Playwright, JUnit or comparable frameworks)
• Analyzing and reproducing errors as well as close cooperation with development, department, and operations during troubleshooting
• Supporting security tests, for example, by hardening test environments or simple vulnerability analysis
• Ongoing development of our testing processes, test data management, and QA tool landscape

Qualification

• Experience in designing and conducting manual and automated tests – including creating test cases, test strategies, and documentation; ideally in Telko-, Embedded- or backend systems
• Familiarity with common test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Playwright, JUnit, Cypress, Selenium) as well as version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Good knowledge of Java and Python
• Experience with test management and documentation tools (e.g. KIWI, ClickUp or comparable tools)
• Advantage: Experience or strong interest in the field of Medical Software / Medical Devices or Security Testing
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
