Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred;
- Proven experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a client facing role;
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) preferred.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Test Analysis: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications. Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and prioritize test cases for both manual and automated testing;
- Test Execution: Lead and manage the execution of test plans and test cases. Coordinate with our development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues. Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect tracking and resolution metrics;
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process. Conduct thorough reviews of test artifacts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness;
- Business Testing Coordination and Collaboration: Provide guidance for our business testing. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment leading to innovation and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consensus on testing priorities and strategies;
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide status updates, escalate issues, and address concerns. Prepare and present test reports and findings to project sponsors and key stakeholders. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies.
