Software Support & Testing Specialist (m/w/d) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

We develop customer-specific business software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing together with our colleagues. You would like to not only solve problems but also ensure quality? Then you're exactly right here. In this versatile position, you will take on tasks in both 2nd-level support and software testing. You will work closely with our development department, project management, and sales partners and customers - and actively shape the process.

Aufgaben

Support & Beratung (50 %):

• You support our Dynamics CRM customers in 2nd-level support.
• You analyze technical problems, find solutions in the team, and serve as a technical contact person.
• You regularly synchronize with development and product management to ensure sustainable problem-solving.
• You actively participate in the further development and optimization of our support and quality assurance processes.

Software Testing & Qualitätssicherung (50 %):

• You create and conduct test scenarios based on requirements and specifications.
• You test new and existing features in the Dynamics environment.
• You evaluate test results, document accurately, and deliver decisive impulses for improving our software quality.
• You work closely with all interfaces to ensure high product quality.

Qualifikation

• Completed education in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable education.
• Professional experience in 2nd-level support and/or software testing.
• Knowledge in one of the following technologies:
  - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  - Cloud- und Infrastrukturtechnologien
  - Microsoft Copilot
  - Datenbanken (vorzugsweise Microsoft SQL-Server)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English good knowledge.
