Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in application maintenance, support, and troubleshooting.

• Contribute to process refinement and Incident Management.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Document processes, standard operating procedures, and solution requirements.

What We Look For:

• 2–3 years of experience in software support or web-based application development/testing.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and tools like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Kibana/Elasticsearch, Sumo Logic.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support web-based applications.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
