Software Specialist (m/w/d) - Focus: ERP Systems & Microsoft Power Platform

Your Role:

You ensure that our software runs smoothly – and even better. In doing so, you connect departments and IT, understand data flows, and bring fresh air into our processes with modern Microsoft tools.

Tasks

• Maintenance and further development of our company's software (e.g., KWP, eGecko, GFOS)
• Installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the systems
• Support in case of disruptions and contact person for the departments
• Work with SQL: queries, reports, and data analysis
• Digitalization of processes with Power Apps & Power Automate
• Support in introducing new tools and solutions

Qualification

• You have a completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• A study is not necessary for this position
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL (Select, Joins, Views)
• Experience in the maintenance and administration of business software
  (ideally KWP, eGecko, or GFOS – not a must)
• A strong affinity to systems and processes as well as understanding of data relationships
• Interest in modern Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform
• Experience in dealing with interfaces between systems is advantageous
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills
• You are communicative and able to translate requirements from departments into technical solutions
