  • Collaboration with the development team in the design and implementation phases of new specific functionalities
  • Management and tracking of development and maintenance activities using project management and issue tracking tools
  • Technical support and monitoring of customer installations, resolving any anomalies or improvement requests

The Software Service Specialist we are looking for has at least 2 years of experience in the IT sector with activities in analysis, software development, monitoring, and operational technical support and possesses the following characteristics:

  • In-depth knowledge of the JavaEE standard
  • Design, development, and management of PostgreSQL relational databases (with possible Oracle experience)
  • Knowledge in the implementation of RESTful APIs (experience with SOAP is a plus)
  • Use of code versioning systems, preferably Git
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in the implementation and management of monitoring and metrics systems using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
  • Professional knowledge of the English language

The following personal skills and aptitudes complete the profile:

  • Strong predisposition for detailed analysis, understanding, and modeling of complex processes
  • Strong orientation towards continuous monitoring of in-service solutions and proactive customer support, with the ability to promptly identify operational anomalies and issues
  • Ability to assume responsibility, result orientation, determination, and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams and in direct customer relations
  • Systemic approach and orientation towards solving technical and functional problems
