Software Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring software reliability, test automation, and continuous quality improvement across the software development lifecycle. The role requires strong analytical skills, test automation expertise, and collaboration with product and development teams to implement robust testing strategies. Engineers must work in an agile, DevOps-driven environment, ensuring fast feedback loops, risk-based testing, and high software quality. • Collaborate with Product Owner to define and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring alignment with product and business objectives. • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring seamless integration with development and product teams. • Analyze and report on testing metrics and results, providing actionable insights to improve software quality and reduce defects. • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. • Ensure compliance with testing standards, regulations, and industry best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve testing strategies and processes.
