Job description
My client in Lüneburg is looking for a Software Project Leader (m/w/d)
Your Tasks:
- Management of resources for software projects
- Taking over project responsibility from conception to production
- Coordination and monitoring of external service providers
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Development of the project team (regarding methods and processes)
- Establishing KPIs for monitoring goals
Your Profile:
- Tech background with software development aspects
- Multiple years of experience as a project manager (Software projects focus)
- Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ...)
- Fluent German and English skills
- Nice to have:
- Certifications
- ISO26262 knowledge
- Knowledge of quality standards and process models in the Automotive sector (e.g. IATF, VDA, Automotive SPICE®, V-Model or Scrum Method (Continuous X))
Budget
- Start: asap
- Duration: 12 months + extension option + takeover option
- Utilization: 40 hours/week
- Location: Lüneburg (3 days/week), remote (2 days/week)
- Contract model: Employee leasing
