Software Integration Engineer - Data Exchange (f/m/d)

Our Data Exchange team is looking for a Software Integration Engineer based in Lille.

Within Decathlon Digital, the Data Exchange team ensures the transport of data between the different applications of the IS. With a team of enthusiasts (developers, support engineers, application managers), we guarantee reliable, high-performance, and available exchanges (via Boomi, Kafka, webMethods, Talend). In a context of major transformation (SAP, AI, reduction of technical debt), we meet strategic challenges daily to deliver excellent quality of service.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION 

To strengthen the data exchange expertise center and build a sustainable strategy, we are looking for a Software Integration Engineer for our data exchange tools scope: webMethods, Boomi, Talend, SAP PO, and Kafka.

1. Flow Management and Development

• Develop and modify flows: Create, evolve, and configure the links (flows) that allow different applications to communicate with each other (includes data mapping).
• Participate in Projects: Integrate new solutions and technical components into the existing information system.

2. Support and Operations

• Analyze and resolve incidents: Manage and fix complex problems on integration platforms and flows.
• Maintain platforms: Perform routine operations (server starts, stops, component management) to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor activity: Use monitoring tools to track flows in real-time and detect anomalies.

3. Documentation and Support

• Write documentation: Create and update technical documents (procedures, flow diagrams) for the team.
• Assist users: Support and inform user teams about system operations.

4. Team Commitment

• Daily Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings to coordinate tasks.
• On-call duty: Contribute to the rotation schedule to ensure emergency management outside of office hours.

• Tools: Datadog, Gravitee, Github, Splunk, Vault, Kafka UI

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in the development and operation of data exchange products.
• Knowledge of the following tools would be a plus: Rundeck, Ansible, OpenTelemetry.
