Software Developer RAG & Agentive AI Systems (m/w/d)

• You want to practically apply modern AI technologies and create real added value? As a Software Developer*in for RAG systems and agentive applications, you will work on developing intelligent assistance systems that utilize complex data to automate challenging tasks. You will be involved in all phases of our AI projects – from conception to productive use in our Kubernetes infrastructure.

Your Tasks

• You develop and implement RAG pipelines and retrieval systems to make structured and unstructured data optimally usable.
• You design and realize agentive AI applications that automate complex workflows and interact with internal and external systems. You will be fully involved in planning, designing, and implementing your solutions, integrating them into our infrastructure – from backend over APIs to interactive frontends.
• You work closely with our DevOps and Data Engineering teams to develop robust, scalable, and performant AI systems.
• You work on AI projects for our large customers and play a decisive role.
• You work in an agile project environment with an engaged team.

Your Profile

• You bring a completed degree in the field of Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You already have experience in developing AI- or LLM-based applications and integrating KI workflows into existing software environments.
• It would be optimal if you already have knowledge of working with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, preferably in on-premises infrastructure.
• You bring good programming skills in Python as well as common AI frameworks like LangChain or alternatively in C# / ASP.NET Core.
• You work well in a team, actively participate, and shape current and future topics in the AI field.
