Software Developer (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Development and further development of high-performance WebAPIs and backend services
• Conceptualization and implementation of new services with a clear focus on Rust
• Responsibility for the maintenance, modernization, and further development of existing components (including Java, PHP)
• Technical conceptualization and implementation of solutions in the team
• Development of maintainable, testable, and well-structured code according to modern engineering standards
• Quality assurance through automated tests and code reviews
• Active participation in shaping architecture and design decisions in the team
• Collaboration in an agile development environment with short decision-making paths

Qualification

• Degree or training in computer science or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Rust, Java, or PHP
• Interest in continuing to develop your skills, especially in the area of Rust
• Experience in the backend environment (APIs, services, databases, testing)
• Structured and self-responsible work style
• Sense of responsibility for code quality and long-term maintainability
• Fluent German skills (B2 level), we offer courses to reach C1 level
