We are isento (Portuguese: "free") and implement IT projects in Nuremberg from conception to rollout. As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the development of tailor-made solutions for the challenges of our customers.

Tasks

Your job at isento

• You develop prototypes and productive systems in customer and research projects based on modern AI methods such as Agentic AI, RAG or LLM pipelines.
• You implement robust, cloud-based architectures and integrate AI services into existing IT landscapes
• Understandable code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge sharing and pair programming are just as much a part of your everyday work as the conception of new features and coordination with stakeholders
• You contribute your own ideas, take responsibility for your tasks and actively contribute to the further development of the projects.

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Passion for software development, AI and innovative technologies
• Experience in the implementation of AI and software projects up to productive use
• Very good knowledge of Python and Machine Learning concepts
• Practical experience with common AI frameworks and methods such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, vLLM, LangChain, Prompt Engineering
• Experience in cloud technologies, web front-end development and Java are an advantage
• You are curious, seek exchange and share your knowledge in order to learn and grow together
• Good German language skills (at least B2) enable you to communicate confidently in the team and with stakeholders.
