Aufgaben

Your job at isento

• You develop prototypes and productive systems based on modern KI methods such as Agentic AI, RAG or LLM-Pipelines in customer and research projects.
• You implement robust, cloud-based architectures and integrate KI services into existing IT landscapes.
• Clear code, unit tests, integration tests, code reviews, knowledge exchange, and pair programming are part of your daily routine, just like conceiving new features and coordinating with stakeholders.
• You bring in your own ideas, take responsibility for your tasks, and actively contribute to the further development of projects.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

• Passion for software development, KI, and innovative technologies
• Experience in implementing AI and software projects up to productive use
• Very good knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts
• Practical experience with common AI frameworks and methods such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, vLLM, LangChain, Prompt Engineering
• Experience in cloud technologies, web frontend development, and Java are advantageous
• You are curious, seek exchange, and share your knowledge to learn from each other and grow together
• Good German language skills (at least B2) enable you to communicate confidently with the team and stakeholders.
