Tasks

You'll work on tailored software solutions here: whether web, mobile, or desktop applications — our team of developers, designers, and AI experts realizes complete projects from idea to operation.

Qualification

Backend – Must-have

• Very good knowledge in Python and Django
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Safe in developing REST-APIs

Backend – Nice-to-have

• GraphQL, Redis
• Experience with LLMs as well as building AI systems (e.g. LangChain, AWS Bedrock/OpenSearch)
• Knowledge in RAG/CAG and building intelligent chatbots
• Familiarity with Docker (Docker-Compose)
• Experiences with CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab, AWS)

Frontend – Must-have

• Very good knowledge in React and Next.js
• TypeScript
• Experience in building tailored design systems (e.g. shadcn/ui)
• TailwindCSS, React Query
• State-Management (e.g. Zustand, Redux Toolkit, MobX)

Frontend – Nice-to-have

• Monorepo structures
• Experience with Wikis (e.g. Wiki.js)
• Fundamental knowledge in UI/UX design
• Storybook, Testing (e.g. TestCafe, Jest, Selenium)
• Docker, CI/CD-Pipelines
• Form validation (e.g. React Hook Form) and schema validation (e.g. Zod)
