Software Developer C# / DevOps (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for our 25-person team in Germany, which works closely with our site in Great Britain.

The heart of the operation is the online shop, which calculates prices and manufacturing times for individually configured printed circuit boards. Over 200 parameters are taken into account. At the same time, we develop internal tools for our administrative staff and technicians to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders.

You will be an essential part of our current 4-person software development team and, in the medium term, the primary contact person for your areas.

Responsibilities

• Independent Projects: from conception through implementation to DevOps.
• Active contribution to infrastructure: Specification, setup, and maintenance of our server landscape based on virtual machines (VMs).
• CI/CD & Automation: Setup, maintenance, and optimization of build and deployment pipelines.
• Your infrastructure tasks will focus on virtual environments and architecture - there is explicitly no maintenance of physical hardware or support of client PCs.
• You will drive your own professional and technical initiatives for the cross-project conception of modern software architecture.
• Review and improvement of existing security concepts. No rigid development model: We pragmatically decide on the most suitable organizational method depending on the project.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Relevant practical experience in each of these areas: C# .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework for MS SQL Server, Docker, Linux/Ubuntu/Debian
• Nice to have: DevExpress, GitLab, AI
• Ability to independently learn new topics
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
