Backend Software Developer (m/w/d)

We are TecFox – a modern IT service company located in the Braunschweig/Wolfsburg region.

Tasks

Development and further development of high-performance Java backends
• Conceptualization and implementation of modern microservices using Spring Boot
• Implementation of event-based communication with Apache Kafka
• Connection and use of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Integration of cloud services like Azure or AWS (e.g. SNS, SES)
• Use of containerized technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Active participation in an agile development team
• Optional: Taking over tasks in the 3rd-level support, system responsibility, or DevOps area

Qualification

Degree in IT field or training as a computer scientist
• Several years of practical experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and related technologies
• Thorough understanding of agile development models
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance – internally and externally
• High quality standards and focus on structured, well-maintainable code
