It's changing the way we think about agriculture. We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team and help us achieve this vision. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as ensuring that all software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers, identifying areas for improvement in our processes and tools, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
