Software Engineer with English (Java) – Finance (B2B) @ dmTECH
Job description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish (min. C1 level)
- Several years of professional experience in software development – in software manufacturing, infrastructure, and application support
- Practical knowledge of at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Java, C#/.NET, PowerShell, or Python
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in system integration and using REST APIs, including customizing and mapping data for external interfaces
- Experience working with Cloud Foundry, preferably in a GCP environment
- Experience with CI/CD, preferably with GitLab pipelines, and with managing permissions and Infrastructure as Code
- Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection matters
- Agile approach to software development, a sense of responsibility for delivered solutions
Additional assets will include
- Experience with GCP
- Implementation of solutions in the finance area
- Knowledge of German

Work location: hybrid (Wrocław) or 100% remote cooperation
Form of cooperation: B2B Contract
Remuneration:
- Junior: 80-110 PLN/h + VAT on B2B
- Mid: 110-140 PLN/h + VAT on B2B
- Senior: 140-170 PLN/h + VAT on B2B
What will our cooperation involve?
- Cooperation in an interdisciplinary, agile product team that develops and evolves financial applications together with dm business departments
- Support in migrating applications running locally to the cloud – mainly to Windows Cloud Server, and for selected workloads also to our internal Cloud Foundry platform running in the GCP environment – and their subsequent maintenance
- Customizing and preparing data from our financial systems and transferring it via externally provided REST APIs, for example, to systems of authorities and administration bodies.
- Support in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, as well as configuring Cloud Foundry organization, spaces, and permissions as code (Infrastructure as Code)
- Documenting maintenance concepts and basic IT security principles for applications before and after migration
