Software Engineer, Technology and Data

Job Description Responsibilities specific to the role: Design software solutions enabling support for the entire investment lifecycle, including portfolio management and analysis, transaction submission and execution, reporting, and post-market activities, in collaboration with CPP Investments professionals. Design, integrate, and implement solutions while working within a client-centered engineering team. Contribute to the development of innovative technologies and data analytics tools to drive business insights and decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and external partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, data analytics, and technology innovation. Contribute to the development of a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to achieve shared goals and objectives.
