A T-shaped thinker with the heart of a maker.

Someone who can dive deep into software architecture and understand the connections between product, design, and business.

• You bridge the gap between technology and economy without even noticing.
• You understand why something technically works – and why it should exist at all.
• You don't hide behind job titles or silos. You develop, discuss, vote, and deliver results.

Shape the product vision and its technical implementation.

Your tasks:

• Develop architectures that enable fast iteration and long-term fault tolerance.
• Work with cross-functional teams together – from design over business to AI.
• Finding the right compromise between benefit, speed, and scalability.
• Making technology decisions that move the company forward and don't stand still.
