Software Engineer

• 2–4 years of experience in software development
• Experience with backend (ideal .NET Core, but not mandatory)
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Ability to work on problems that are not completely defined
• Interest in the product and how it is used by users
• Use AI (Cursor, Claude, Copilot or similar) to improve your workflow and learn to validate output

• You will work on real problems, some well-defined, others in the process of clarification
• You will contribute to the implementation and improvement of existing systems
• You will collaborate with the team to deliver functionalities in production
• You will participate in technical decisions and learn how to take them in time
• You will use AI in your workflow to increase speed and quality
