SOFTWARE ENGINEER PLC - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Job description

Our client is a historic company operating in the industrial plant engineering sector. To strengthen its internal team, they have commissioned us to search for a Software Engineer PLC.

The candidate will be mainly responsible for the installation, verification, and field testing of the realized plants and for their commissioning; the candidate will also be responsible for in-house software development activities.

At least 3 years of experience in PLC (particularly Siemens S7-400 and S7-1500), HMI, and INVERTER are required, as well as availability for worldwide business trips. The trips will be on average 4/6 weeks long and will constitute approximately 50% of the total time.

A diploma or degree in electronics / automation / computer science and a good knowledge of the English language complete the profile of the desired candidate.

A maximum gross annual salary of €45,000 + travel allowance is foreseen.
