As a Software Engineer on our Platform team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our text-to-speech technology, which is used by millions of users worldwide. Your work will have a direct impact on making reading more accessible to people with disabilities, language barriers, or those who simply prefer listening over reading. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining our text-to-speech technology using various programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++. • Collaborating with the data science team to integrate machine learning models into our text-to-speech engine. • Working closely with the product management team to design and develop new features that meet user needs. • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our text-to-speech technology. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code is maintained. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
