As an all-round IT partner, the team develops apps, web applications, microservices, and device control systems. The services are adapted to meet customer needs with high-quality standards ensured through continuous development and teamwork. The current focus is on the energy sector. Projects are comprehensive, from conception to implementation to deployment.

Tasks

• The projects are as diverse as people with their competencies. We'll find your focus together: languages, stack, or role in the development process.
• Design and implement new features, always keeping the customer's benefit in mind (e.g., smart automations, update systems, integration of sensors, intuitive UIs).
• Analyze bugs and improve existing code.
• Regularly perform code reviews within the team to ensure code quality.
• Close cooperation with our customers' product management according to SCRUM.
• Co-create software architecture and make decisions on tools, frameworks, and structures.
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment.

Qualification

• You think analytically and act pragmatically, always stepping up to challenges.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in backend development, ideally full-stack.
• Familiarity with web technologies and at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• You understand containers, test frameworks, databases, and build systems well.
• You work routinely with Git and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Angular or Jenkins), and are used to working in a team.
• Clean code and design patterns are your daily routine.
• A completed degree in e.g. computer science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• You speak German and English fluently.
