We from Interlead want to build the #1 Lead Company in the German-speaking area by the end of 2026. That's why we solve the biggest problem of our partners: constantly new leads, appointments, and orders!

The theme of new customers is complex. Our IT infrastructure needs to be monitored and optimized.

You love optimizing processes and always having everything under control?
To support our IT team, we are looking for you as Software Engineer (m/w/d).

This is what you'll do

• You develop and maintain our Ruby-on-Rails applications.
• You work closely with the Product- and Design Team to implement new features.
• You optimize existing codebases in terms of Performance, Security, and Maintainability.
• You integrate external APIs and Services.
• You support improving our development processes and toolchains.

This is what you bring

• You are an experienced Ruby-on-Rails developer (m/w/d) with a passion for a challenging task.
• Alternatively, you bring fundamental experience with Python/Django or similar MVC-based SaaS projects.
• You have an eye for clean, well-structured code and test-driven development.
• You bring engagement to further develop existing applications and bring in new ideas.
• Bonus points if you already have experience in Hosting and independently operating applications.

The following skills and areas belong to your developer toolkit:

• Frameworks & Languages: Ruby on Rails (preferred) or Python/Django, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
• Testing: RSpec, Minitest, Capybara (or pytest/unittest for Python).
• Databases & Search: PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, possibly Redis.
• Cloud & Hosting: AWS, Heroku or similar platforms.
• Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
