To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer (M/W/D) as soon as possible at the locations GARBSEN (near Hanover), BISSENDORF (near Osnabrück), or Berlin.

Your Tasks

Do you want to do more than just process features, but understand, shape, and further develop applications as a whole?

At INSIDE M2M GmbH, you will develop sophisticated software solutions for our IoT platform. Your focus will be on Java and Quarkus – and you will develop the flow consistently down to the Angular frontend with TypeScript.

AI-powered coding tools and coding agents are part of your craft, not just hype. You will use them confidently, critically evaluate their results, and be responsible for the quality, security, and maintainability of your code.

• You will develop robust backend services in Java and Quarkus – from architecture and APIs to productive use.

• You will work on the associated Angular application with TypeScript and help shape the interfaces between backend and frontend.

• You will integrate AI-powered coding tools and coding agents firmly into your workflow.

• You will contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and the improvement of our development processes.

• You will work closely with your team, our customers, and other technical contacts.

What you bring

• Several years of practical experience in professional software development.

• Extensive practical experience in Java and Quarkus, as well as good knowledge of Angular and TypeScript in the frontend.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and ORM.

• Experience with automated tests, including E2E testing.

• Demonstrable practical experience with AI coding workflows – e.g., with Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or comparable tools. You can explain which prompts, setups, and guardrails work for you – and where the limits are.

• A good sense for software architecture, code quality, and long-term maintainable solutions.

• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken – essential for collaboration with the team and customers.

• Good English language skills for technical documentation and international tools.

A plus, but not a must

• Background in the development or further development of an IoT platform

• Experience with distributed systems, device data, messaging, or technical interfaces

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Observability, or Platform Engineering
