- Play an integral part in influencing the engineering team’s rhythm, culture and processes which could positively impact architecture and design, coding, deployment, and support.
- Be part of a team that is responsible for integral parts of the system, designing and delivering robust and scalable solutions.
- Own the code you and your team build, which means supporting debugging and monitoring in production.
- Write clean, maintainable code that is suitable for continuous integration and deployment.
- Work with our Product/UX team to imagine the visual and interaction patterns appropriate for our customers.
- Grow your product, technical, and soft skills as part of the Policy cross-functional team.
- Help us continuously improve the team’s ways of working and processes.
