About the Client A client from the e-commerce sector, one of the largest sales platform operators in Central and Eastern Europe. The company develops modern technological solutions supporting millions of users and sellers, investing in areas such as online platforms, digital payments, logistics, data analysis, and cloud-based solutions. Technology teams work in an Agile environment, utilizing modern technologies to create scalable and high-performance systems. About the Project Programming tasks involving the creation of new solutions, as well as the development and maintenance of existing ones in the area of coupons and brand management. Active participation in the design and development of business products, including the development and proposal of technical solutions and co-creation of functional concepts. The detailed scope of programming tasks may be updated on an ongoing basis by Coordinators within the framework of ongoing cooperation and working contacts. Cooperation Model Remote with visits to the client's office in Poznań or Warsaw twice per quarter. Preferred place of residence: Poznań/Warsaw and surrounding areas. Latest start date: September. The following will facilitate your project execution: Very good knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, supported by at least 4 years of commercial experience in backend application development. Very good knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot. Experience in designing and developing applications based on microservice architecture. Practical experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of BigQuery and data processing in a cloud environment. Experience with Apache Kafka and building systems based on asynchronous communication. Ability to effectively utilize AI tools supporting software development, such as GitHub Copilot or OpenCode. Practical knowledge of the Scrum methodology. Nice to have: Basic knowledge of frontend technologies, especially React. Basic knowledge of mobile technologies (Android and/or iOS). Experience with Apache Airflow or Google Cloud Composer. Knowledge of Apache Spark and solutions for processing large data sets. Your contribution to the project: Development, maintenance, and optimization of the Agentic Brand Stores module. Design and implementation of functionalities improving accessibility, mobile user experience, personalization, and the quality of offer presentation. Integration of Agentic Brand Stores with key platform components, such as Search, Listing, Show Product, and Brand Index. Development and optimization of Commercial Plan mechanisms, with particular emphasis on handling promotions and discount codes. Cooperation with product and technical teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance solutions based on microservice architecture. Ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of developed backend services and participation in the optimization process of existing solutions.
