Software Engineer III, Skynet DevEx @ Box Inc.

You have experience architecting, designing, operationalizing container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. You have 4 years of experience of building tooling, automation, and/or services in one or multiple programming languages (e.g., Go, TypeScript, Python, Groovy). You are a technical expert who can provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and complex technical issues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. You actively engage in feedback processes, ensuring that the team is aligned with company goals and objectives. You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions. You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello. You have a strong passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
