Software Engineer II - Rust

As a Software Engineer II, you will work within a team of passionate and high-performing engineers. You will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of innovative, scalable, and high-performance software systems. You will play a key role in implementing security solutions for our customers and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure the success of our products. You will report to the Engineering Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. * Collaborate with other engineers and product managers. * Participate in code reviews. * Troubleshoot and debug issues. * Contribute to technical documentation. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. * Contribute to the team's success. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in software development. * Proficiency in Rust and/or C/C++. * Experience with building distributed systems. * Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Bonus points:** * Experience with cryptography and security protocols. * Experience with hardware security modules (HSMs). * Experience with confidential computing technologies. * Experience with DevOps practices. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with automated testing. * Experience with performance optimization.
