Software Engineer I, Workday Integrations and Reporting

Position Summary: The Software Engineer, Workday Integrations and Reporting will be responsible for managing the Workday integrations. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations with various systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Designing and developing integrations using Workday's Integration Cloud (IC) and other relevant technologies. • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Workday to provide insights into business performance and operations. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and designing solutions that meet those needs. • Troubleshooting integration issues and resolving them in a timely manner. • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in software development, data analysis, and business intelligence. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Workday integrations and reporting. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts. • Experience with Workday Integration Cloud (IC) and other relevant technologies such as REST APIs, JSON, and XML. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
