You work on the core of an industrial company: our individually adapted ERP system. You develop processes further, build interfaces, bring in new technologies, and work directly with administration, production, and IT leadership together.

Instead of corporate decisions and endless approval rounds, you can expect short distances, real autonomy, and a concrete long-term perspective: The current IT leader will retire in a few years. Whoever gets in now can grow step by step into more responsibility.

Aufgaben

• You develop and optimize our abas ERP system with Java further and ensure it fits our internal workflows.
• You analyze requirements from administration and production, understand the processes behind them, and translate them into functioning technical solutions.
• You plan and realize IT projects independently, for example around interfaces, system integration, error-free production, or KI-supported processes.
• You carry out updates, adjustments, and maintenance so that the ongoing operation is as little disturbed as possible.
• You work closely with the existing IT leader together, learn our grown system landscape, and take over more responsibility step by step.
• You support in 1st- and 2nd-level support, document your work neatly, and pay attention to quality, tests, and sustainable solutions.

Qualifikation

• You have fundamental experience with (abas) ERP and Java.
• You understand not just code, but also business processes, for example in order processing, administration, or production.
• You communicate securely and precisely on German, at least on C-level, as you work closely with departmental teams.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and keep the overall context in mind even with complex topics.
• You are willing to work three days a week on site in Gärtringen.
• You can explain technical connections clearly, even to colleagues without an IT background.
• Experience with interfaces, databases, or system integration is a plus, but not a must.
• You are open to further education, for example in abas, Java, or new technologies like KI.
