Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

As a Software Engineer (m/w/d), you will drive our product development forward. We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility along the entire development cycle.

You should feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and bring excellent organizational skills. We are looking for a proactive, reliable, team-oriented, and result-oriented person with a 'builder mentality'.

Aufgaben

This is a Full-Stack Engineering role. As one of the first three team members in the software area, you will shape our product and technical direction fundamentally and work closely with the founders.

What you'll be working on

• Based on customer feedback, you will develop concepts, iterate, and implement them - You are responsible for complete features end-to-end across the entire stack.
• You will build a reliable, scalable architecture with modern tech-stack and play a key role in delivering new features to our customers.

• Educational background: At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Django, Python, Docker.
• Experience in shipping products/features in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-empowerment & Ownership: You manage workstreams and responsibilities effectively and proactively.
• You are really Full-Stack: confident in Backend & Frontend and deploying on cloud services. We aim for a developer experience with as few blockers as possible, so you don't have to wait for others.
• You feel comfortable in the start-up environment: You see uncertainty as an opportunity and like to experiment.
• You want to work with people who set high goals, have little ego, and deliver quickly.
• You communicate very clearly – written and verbally - with customers and the team.
• KI is not a hype for you – but your secret weapon. You use KI to get faster and build smarter. You constantly question your workflows and use the tools that give you an edge. We believe in a KI-first developer experience.
