Software Engineer for ModelOps Squad (Remote, Europe)

Join our dynamic team as a Consultant Software Engineer, where your deep Python expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of MLOps infrastructure. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain systems that support feature storage, model serving, and model monitoring in a modern cloud-native environment.

• Develop and maintain robust MLOps infrastructure for feature stores, model serving platforms, and model performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of models.
• Build resilient and observable systems for managing the machine learning lifecycle.
• Contribute to system architecture and infrastructure design decisions.
• Drive best practices for automation, testing, and deployment of ML services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills, particularly for backend and API services.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with model deployment pipelines and cloud-based MLOps practices.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, distributed setup.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong written and spoken communication in English.
