Software Engineer

Role: Sr. Engineer / Developer Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Pune / Remote (India) Job Summary The Freshworks Developer will design and develop technical solutions across Freshworks modules using the Freshworks Developer Platform (FDP). This includes building custom apps, integrations, and automation to extend Freshworks functionality for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom apps and automation using the FDP SDK. Build integrations with third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in software development. Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders. Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for the FDP. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Work closely with the product team to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal stakeholders. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-6 years of experience as a software engineer or developer. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
