Description of the position :
We're looking for a Software Engineer - Deployment & Support (F/H) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of HealthHub, an innovative solution dedicated to monitoring train fleets and signaling. Located in Villeurbanne (69), this role is crucial in a context where we are deploying our expertise on over 100 projects worldwide. Your main mission will be to strengthen our current support and deployment team to respond to growing demand for software support.

Your future role :
In this captivating role, you'll integrate into a dynamic team in Villeurbanne (currently 6 people for the HealthHub Support team) while collaborating with distant teams within our subsidiary based in Bangalore, India. You'll be the key point of contact to provide essential support to our clients, from maintenance teams to fleet control centers and external clients, both nationally and internationally. You'll play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and optimizing deployments of HealthHub.

We'll call on you for :

• Analyze bugs reported by users via the JIRA ticketing tool and lead investigations to resolve technical problems associated with new software versions.
• Track and escalate different bugs in collaboration with development teams on frontend, backend architectures, as well as databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch).
• Configure HealthHub application and ensure correct deployment, in close collaboration with system administrators, using containerization and orchestration tools like Rancher on servers architectured around the Azure Kubernetes system.
• Maintain and deploy new HealthHub projects in test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Train users and accompany them in using the HealthHub portal, while capitalizing on knowledge and best practices within a collaborative environment (SharePoint Microsoft).

Your profile :
We're looking for passionate and motivated candidates with varied technical problems, with a keen sense of teamwork. The expected skills include:

• A degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing or supporting complex systems.
• Knowledge of web architecture (based on APIs) and SQL (MariaDB, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Elasticsearch) databases would be an asset.
• Solid analytical skills and great flexibility in resolving technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
• Mastery of English at a professional level.
