Software Engineer (Commercial Products)

Systems programmer engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software development projects for all areas of the company. These programs must be aligned with the needs of each particular product line and primarily oriented towards ensuring the quality of the products manufactured by the company. To this end, they must follow an agile software development methodology.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Software requirements analysis.

· Software design, development, and implementation.

· Software documentation, software development request. (SDR)

· Software documentation, technical manuals, and user manual.

· Database maintenance.

· Database reporting.

· Compliance with commitment dates for software releases.

· Training personnel on the use of developed systems.

· User support for systems.

· Involvement in production areas to implement changes or improvements that help ensure product quality.

· Taking initiative in software development projects.

· Software updates.

· Software optimization.

· Implementation of dashboards and visual management to support decision-making.

· Priority focus on developing tracking systems.

· Implementation of Power BI tool as a means of displaying information.

· Implementation of technologies, algorithms, and tools supported by artificial intelligence for process optimization.

· Reporting of activities to the software development supervisor or systems manager.

Requirements:

· Computer Science/Systems Engineer or related field.

· Spanish / English

· 3 years of experience

· Database management for MySQL, MSSQL, Firebird.

· Desktop programming languages VB.net, C#.

· WEB programming languages CSS, HTML, ASP.net (Desired)

· SQL language

· Proficiency in Office Suite

· Customer (user) service skills.

· Power BI
